Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at beinshape2024@gmail.com. Our dedicated team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided by our team.

Damages and Issues: We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions: Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item, please reach out to us.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, the fastest way is to initiate a return and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that you get what you want without any delays.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
